Can I Learn to Dance?
Of course! Dancing is as easy as walking and thousands of students have learned the Arthur Murray Way. The possibilities are endless for people of all ages. Don’t have a partner, don’t worry. You do not need to bring a partner to learn and enjoy dancing in any of our studios.
How Long Will It Take??
The length of the course will depend on how many dances you wish to learn and how proficient you want to become in each dance. However, you will be able to take the first few basic steps after your first lesson.
Is Dancing Easy to Learn?
Arthur Murray is famous for making learning to dance fun and easy. We teach four simple basic movements from which new combinations are derived.
How Much do Lessons Cost?
The cost depends upon a number of factors: how proficient you want to be, which dances you want to learn, the number of days and weeks in your dance schedule, etc. Your first lesson is always FREE. After that, your instructor will recommend the most suitable program so that you can make the decision regarding your desired progress.
Can I Learn the Latest and Most Popular Steps?
You can learn the steps in any or all social and nightclub dances: Swing, Samba, Merengue, Rumba, Cha-Cha, Mambo, Tango, Waltz, Fox Trot, Country and more.
Will My Lessons Interfere with My Busy Schedule?
We are extremely aware that life tends to be busy for most people. You may take lessons using the schedule that fits you best. We will be able to accommodate any schedule. Each Arthur Murray Dance Center is different, please check each individual studio for specific hours. The Bloomington Studio is open Monday – Friday from 1:00p.m. until 10:00p.m., and Saturday by appointment only.
